Red Tulip Project of Geauga

The Red Tulip Project is a 501(C)3 non-profit.  Our purpose is to provide a house for women in recovery who want to reside in Geauga County and be a productive part of the community which is very supportive to this mission.  We are dedicated to raising community awareness concerning addiction issues and services.  We have constructed, opened and now operate Monarch Meadow — a Level 2 recovery home certified by Ohio Recovery Housing (ORH) in Claridon Township.

Our Mission

Our purpose is to maintain and operate a Level 2 recovery home to support women in their individual journey.
The RTP provides a healing atmosphere of sobriety and encouragement to help women become independent, productive members of society and live a healthy sober life.

Typically, an individual struggling with addiction enters recovery through a pivotal event leading to a desire to seek help. An average 30-90 day stay at an intensive inpatient or residential facility may not be long enough for some to feel stable with their sobriety. The next critical step may be to seek group living with peers at a Level II recovery home.
The RTP will support women beyond short-term rehabilitation to long-term recovery.
